Job Summary -

Female Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding admission procedures, eligibility, courses, and career options.
• Manage the entire admission process from inquiry to enrolment.
• Organize, coordinate, and host

  educational fairs, seminars, and career counselling sessions

  in reputed schools and junior colleges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, and educational consultants.
• Handle incoming admission queries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media, etc.) efficiently and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain updated student databases and prepare regular reports on inquiries, conversions, and enrolments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute student outreach campaigns.
• Represent the university at external events and act as a brand ambassador.
• Assist in organizing campus tours, orientation programs, and open-house events for prospective students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Communication).

• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience

  in student counselling and admissions,

  preferably in a Medical University or College.

• Proven experience in

  conducting and hosting educational fairs, seminars, or school outreach events.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM/admission management systems.
• Pleasant personality, confident public speaker, and result-oriented professional.
