Job Description:
- Posting voucher entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, - paying monthly payroll, preparing financial reports, etc- Following up with clients for payments, paying bills, preparing payment cheques, bank work, etc.- Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines- Reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assignedUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports- Preparation of monthly/yearly closings- Knowledge and experience in tally is a must
