Job Description: Female Marketing Engineer (Executive Level) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Industry: Drilling Equipment, Accessories, and Capital Goods Work Mode: Work from Office Only Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Marketing Engineer at the Executive level to promote and sell drilling equipment, accessories, and capital goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and marketing within the industrial sector. This is a full-time, office-based role in Hyderabad, Telangana, India123. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell drilling equipment, accessories, and capital goods to clients in the region12. Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships12. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and services to customers12. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business12. Collaborate with the technical and service teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues12. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities12. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management12. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback12. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events as required12. Required Qualifications Education: B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Power, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline13. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of industrial equipment, preferably drilling or capital goods12. Gender: Female candidates only (as per diversity hiring requirements)1. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills12. Technical aptitude to understand and explain engineering products12. Negotiation and presentation skills12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team12. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage12.
