Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Fee Collection Executive to manage and oversee student fee collections. The ideal candidate will ensure timely fee payments, maintain accurate financial records, and provide courteous support to parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect school fees from parents/students as per the scheduled timelines.
• Issue receipts and maintain daily fee collection records.
• Reconcile fee collections with accounts team regularly.
• Handle fee-related inquiries from parents in person, via phone, or email.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of student financial records.
• Assist in generating reports related to outstanding dues and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in fee collection, billing, or cashier roles.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling cash and records.
