FEA Simulation Engineer

You will be working at AUBERT & DUVAL Engineering India, a subsidiary of Aubert & Duval SAS, specializing in closed die forging components for aerospace and energy markets. Your role will involve: - Performing simulation studies of forging operations using Transvalor Forge - Preparing finite element mesh using CATIA and launching simulations - Collaborating with technical teams and experts in France to prioritize simulation studies - Ensuring correlation between field and simulation, improving prediction accuracy - Presenting and analyzing simulation results and case studies - Developing parametric CATIA V5 2D drawings and 3D models - Interfacing with technical teams during development projects - Conducting feasibility studies for closed die forging parts production - Providing technical support for failure analysis of forging tools - Acquiring new skills from Aubert & Duval France's technical teams in aerospace close die forging Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering - Over 3 years of experience in simulation of mechanical systems using Forge NXT, Abaqus, Deform, Ansys, Autoform - Design experience in forging or casting part design, sheet metal, or mechanical systems - Experience in interfacing with external parties - Strong communication, team working, and time management skills - Knowledge in programming languages like C/C++, fortran, Python, VBA - CATIA V5 experience in various workbenches - Experience in the aerospace industry and knowledge of French language are considered as advantages.,
