FEA Simulation Engineer

You will be working at AUBERT & DUVAL Engineering India, a subsidiary of Aubert & Duval SAS of France, specializing in the manufacturing of closed die forging components for aerospace and energy markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing simulation studies of forging operations using Transvalor Forge - Preparing finite element mesh using CATIA, preparing and launching simulations - Collaborating with technical teams and experts in France to prioritize simulation studies and resources - Ensuring correlation between the field and simulation, improving prediction of simulation means - Presenting and analyzing simulation results and case studies - Developing parametric CATIA V5 2D drawings and 3D models - Interfacing with technical teams during development projects - Conducting feasibility studies of various process steps for closed die forging parts during RFQ - Providing technical support for failure analysis of forging tools - Acquiring new skills through interaction with technical teams of Aubert & Duval France, particularly in close die forging for the aerospace industry To qualify for this position, you should have: - A degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering - More than 3 years of experience in simulation of mechanical systems using Forge NXT, Abaqus, Deform, Ansys, Autoform - Design experience in forging or casting part design, sheet metal, or mechanical systems - Experience in interfacing and regular communication with external parties - Open-mindedness with the ability to propose alternatives or design improvements - Excellent communication, team working, and time management skills - Knowledge in programming languages such as C/C++, fortran, Python, VBA (a plus) - CATIA V5 experience on specific workbenches (a plus) - Experience in the aerospace industry (a plus) - Knowledge of the French language (a plus),
