Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage FEA projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of accurate simulation results.
  • Use

    ANSYS

    to perform structural, thermal, fluid, and other engineering simulations for product development and design optimization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, materials engineering, and manufacturing to identify simulation requirements.
  • Develop and validate simulation models to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Analyze and interpret FEA results, providing actionable insights to guide design decisions.
  • Optimize product designs to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement FEA best practices and guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and analysts, providing technical support and training.
  • Review and verify FEA models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal design requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate simulation findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve FEA methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering

    , Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years

    of experience in FEA, with a focus on ANSYS (structural, thermal, fluid, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading FEA teams and projects, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in

    ANSYS

    and related pre- and post-processing tools (ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of FEA principles, material properties, and boundary conditions.
  • Experience in analyzing results and generating insights that drive design optimization.
  • Familiarity with additional simulation tools and methods (e.g., CFD, multi-body dynamics) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of advanced materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary optimization and simulation-driven design.
