The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the US IT recruitment process and possess the ability to address staffing needs based on the client and implementation partner requirements. Job Summary: Qualifications Preferred : Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field. At least 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or consultancy. A proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in various roles. Strong familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proficiency in tax terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and knowledge of working visas. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems ( ATS ) Ceipal preferred and other recruitment software such as Career builder, Dice, LinkedIn, etc. Working with VMS/MSP systems preferred.
