Role Overview: As a Business Applications Developer at our Client, one of the United States' largest insurers, you will play a significant role in the design, development, and quality assurance of business applications. Your focus will be on enhancing application support by aligning technical designs with business requirements and ensuring the overall quality of project outputs. Your proactive involvement in analyzing application changes and providing estimates for new functionalities will be crucial in this fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the design, development, and quality assurance of business applications - Engage with customer processes and products to enhance application support - Conduct quality checks on project outputs and perform impact analyses of application changes - Provide estimates for effort and cost associated with new functionalities - Recommend integration and testing criteria - Assist with implementation and troubleshooting of system issues Qualifications Required: - Total Work Experience: 5 years and above - English Proficiency: Fluent - Required Education: Bachelor's degree - Essential Skills: - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - Proficiency in Agile Methodology, with appropriate training or certifications - Solid experience in application development and support - Understanding of emerging technologies and quality engineering processes - Expertise in release management and application development core tools - Software / Tool Skills: - Designing and developing scripts for Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playright, and Appium or others - Intermediate - Designing, creating, maintaining Performance Testing Scripts and Test suites in Jmeter/LoadRunner - Advance - Selenium, Playwright, and Appium - Entry Level (1-3 Years) - Strong verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills - Open to new ideas and proactive in personal and team development Additional Company Information: Our Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups in the world and serves over 10 million U.S. households.
