Role Overview

F&B Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning, beverage curation, and service training to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain the signature Postcard guest experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create memorable dining experiences reflecting the local flavors of Karnataka.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
• Monitor inventory, manage cost controls, and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a

  luxury hotel environment

• Strong knowledge of

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.

• Local candidates from Karnataka
