Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced F&B Service Associate or Sr. Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage orders, inventory, and supplies efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a 5 or 4 star hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
