F&B Executive

Signature Club Resort (Unit of Brigade Hospitality Services Ltd.) is looking for a dedicated, creative food and beverage executive to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• Greeting and respecting of internal and external guest.
• Excellent customer service skill.
• Problem-solving skills, as well as experience with designing menus.
• Forecasting and Managing the inventory level.
• Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
• Managing daily food and beverage operations and responsible for allocating duty to the service staff.
• Following food and safety regulations.
• Assisting with marketing events.
• Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.
• Language Preference: Punjabi, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
