Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
  • Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training where required.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
  • Assist in preparing duty rosters and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory, stock usage, and requisitions for F&B items.
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained.
  • Support in planning and executing banquets, events, and promotions.
  • Assist F&B Manager in achieving revenue targets through upselling and cost control.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Location:

  • Kollam, Kerala (Preferred)
