F&B Event Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a full-time non-management team member at The Westin Chennai Velachery, your role involves resolving guest calls, requests, and issues by coordinating with various departments such as Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting. Your primary focus will be on utilizing sales techniques to boost revenue and enhance guest loyalty by suggesting additional services. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to provide guests with complimentary gifts as tokens of appreciation, such as rewards points, show tickets, or gift certificates. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting the brand's image both internally and externally, as well as processing requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points. Handling reservation-related tasks received via phone, fax, or mail accurately and inputting Marriott Rewards information during guest reservations will also be part of your duties.
