Job Overview
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Previous experience in F&B control, cost analysis, or similar roles within the food and beverage industry.
· Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
