Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Associate

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the hotel’s restaurants, banquets, or in-room dining outlets. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, following hotel service standards.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with buffet setup, banquet service, or in-room dining orders when required.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Process guest bills accurately and handle payments as per hotel policies.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
