F&B Associate (Fresher) : Hotel

Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role supports day-to-day operations across dining outlets, banquets, room service, or cafes as required.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Operations

• Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, equipment, and service stations.
• Follow established F&B service standards, operating procedures, and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist in table setting, buffet arrangement, and replenishment of items.
• Support special events, banquets, and room service operations as assigned.

Food & Beverage Handling

• Ensure accurate order entry and billing using POS systems.
• Prepare basic beverages or assist bartenders as required.
• Monitor food quality, portion size, and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

Teamwork

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service teams.
• Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere and support colleagues.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior F&B or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
