F&B Associate / Customer Service Associate

Balaji Caterers are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as F&B Associates / Customer Service Associates.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and promptly.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the service counter and dining area.
• Support food preparation, plating, and service as required.
• Ensure smooth and quick service during peak hours.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations.
• Manage customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow all SOPs related to food handling, safety, and hygiene.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, or QSRs (Freshers are also welcome).
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Hotel Management candidates preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability
