Fashion Stylist & Creative Producer

As a Manager, Stylist & Creative Producer at Lenskart, you will be an integral part of a highly ambitious and passionate team dedicated to enhancing our regional and global reputation as the most fashionable eyewear company worldwide. Collaborating closely with the Head of Fashion Studio, Brand Experience team, and photo and video teams, your role will involve overseeing the direction, production, styling, and sourcing of relevant, fashionable looks for all our new collection launches. Your approach will blend strategic thinking with creativity, emphasizing the importance of aggressively growing our fashion equity. With your wealth of experience and innovative ideas, you will set a leading example for the team. Your responsibilities will include mood boarding and referencing for shoots, sourcing, renting, and buying looks, as well as conceptualizing and executing the production of new collection launches. You will create a dynamic and productive studio environment, pitch and execute trend shoots, collaborate closely with brand experience managers to ensure visually stunning and commercially viable imagery, and actively seek diverse talent and perspectives worldwide. Additionally, you will coordinate with global production teams for new collection launches, manage logistics and editorial planning for shows in the field, and ensure all content aligns with the company's vision and editorial standards. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough network of talent, producers, photographers, models, and agencies globally, the ability to organize shoots efficiently within tight timeframes and budgets, proven negotiation skills, and 3-6 years of experience in production, styling, or creative direction.
