Roles & Responsibilities

As a Fashion Design Intern at Velltiska, you will:

• Assist the Founder directly in day-to-day creative and operational tasks.
• Contribute to design ideation: sketching, fabric selection, mood-boarding, and creative research.
• Explore and analyze Bihar’s fashion and textile markets to identify trends, fabrics, and design opportunities.
• Support in coordinating with local artisans, tailors, and vendors.
• Assist in photo-shoot planning, styling, and execution for collections.
• Help with product documentation, sampling, and quality checks.
• Be a proactive support system in wherever necessary, ensuring smooth workflow for the Founder and the team.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

• Creative & Passionate about fashion design and trends.
• Well-aware of Bihar’s markets, fabrics, and cultural design inspirations.
• Proactive & Flexible, ready to take initiative beyond just design.
• Strong in sketching, ideation, and research (basic knowledge of design tools is a plus).
• A fast learner who is open to mentorship and growth.
