Job Description: Fashion Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for fashion aesthetics, the ability to create precise garment illustrations, and the technical knowledge to prepare complete tech packs. This role requires someone with strong color sensibilities, Pantone matching expertise, and the creativity to suggest artwork placements and design enhancements when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate and detailed garment illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.

Develop comprehensive garment tech packs covering all technical details for production.

Ensure accurate Pantone shade matching and maintain consistency in color standards across collections.

Demonstrate strong color-matching sense and contribute to the overall look and feel of the collection.

Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure technical accuracy of designs.

Suggest artworks, prints, or embellishments suitable for garments, when required.

Maintain updated files, references, and design libraries for efficient workflow.

Requirements & Skills:

3–5 years of proven experience as a Fashion Graphic Designer or similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of garment construction and technical specifications.

Excellent understanding of Pantone color systems and color matching.

Ability to create detailed and production-ready tech packs.

Must know to how create print repeats.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Creativity with attention to detail and a proactive design approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in kidswear / womenswear design.

Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator) , photoshop is a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly to brand aesthetics and seasonal design needs

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
