Fashion Designer

As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, stylish, and unique designs that reflect our brand identity. Working closely with a team of designers, pattern-makers, and seamstresses, you will create garments that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Your educational qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in fashion designing from a reputed institute. Additionally, you should possess a solid 3-4 years of experience in the fashion industry. It is essential to have an in-depth understanding of design principles, fashion, and the fashion industry. Knowledge about Indian textile crafts such as Weaving, Printing, dyeing, and embroidery will be beneficial for this role. Your skill set should include expertise in Pattern Making, Sketching, IT skills, and design and presentation skills. Attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, are crucial for this position. Your duties and responsibilities will involve analyzing trends in the fashion industry, planning garment collections, creating prototypes of designs, costing and pricing garments, following up with the production team, and styling for photo shoots.
