Location: Remote Type: Assignment-Based Experience: 3 to 7 years in Fashion or Innerwear Design Salary - 25-50K/Month + Taxes What Youll Do: • Design bold, trend-forward collections for mens innerwear from briefs and trunks to waistwear. • Research the latest global trends, colours, prints, and fabrics to bring fresh energy to every collection. • Create mood boards, design sketches, and tech packs that turn ideas into reality. • Collaborate with product, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure every piece looks great, feels better, and performs best. • Experiment with innovative materials and fits that enhance comfort and style. • Be the go-to expert for trend forecasting and design direction across seasons. What You Bring: • 3–7 years of experience in men’s innerwear, sportswear, or apparel design. • Strong sense of colour, silhouette, and texture trends. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW. • Understanding of fabrics, elastics, trims, and production processes. • Eye for detail and passion for designing for real people and real comfort. • Energy, curiosity, and the ability to think beyond the obvious. Bonus Points If You: • Have worked with D2C or emerging innerwear brands. • Keep tabs on international innerwear trends and influencers. • Have hands-on experience with fit testing, sampling, and vendor collaboration.
