Job Summary We are looking for a Fashion & Accessory Designer who can bring originality and expertise to our team—someone with a passion for embroidery design, material exploration, and Garment & bag creation with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join us. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends, a strong understanding of fabrics and silhouettes, and the ability to translate ideas into commercially viable designs. Key Responsibilities Research and identify current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styles. Conceptualize and design new collections according to brand direction and seasonal themes. Create detailed sketches, CAD drawings. Collaborate with pattern makers. Source and select fabrics, trims, and accessories. Can create new embroidery designs and make khaka. Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs. Maintain awareness of target market preferences and brand positioning. Meet design deadlines and ensure timely delivery of collections. Bag Design: Conceptualize and design new collections of embroidered handbags, and other accessories. Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for bag construction. Select appropriate materials such as fabrics, canvas, trims, and hardware. Collaborate with sampling and production teams to develop prototypes. Ensure that each design aligns with brand identity, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. Trend Research & Development: Research trends in embroidery, color palettes, patterns, and accessory design. Develop seasonal themes and design mood boards for new collections. Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences in fashion accessories. Coordination & Execution: Work with the merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth sampling and production processes. Communicate design ideas effectively through mood boards, illustrations, and mock-ups. Oversee quality control of embroidery and bag samples before final approval. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design , Textile Design , or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in fashion design (apparel, ready-to-wear, or relevant category). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW . Strong understanding of fabrics, draping, pattern making, and garment construction. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills Experience in “women’s western wear and Bags.
