Position: Fashion Designer – Jackets
Experience: 3–8 Years (Jacket / Outerwear experience must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seasonal jacket & outerwear collections (men/women/kids).
• Create mood boards, sketches, tech packs & finalize trims/fabrics.
• Conduct trend & market research for silhouettes, colors & fabrics.
• Coordinate with sampling, merchandising & production for proto/fits/PP.
• Select appropriate outerwear fabrics (nylon, polyester, waterproof, insulated).
• Ensure designs meet costing, fit & production feasibility.
• Review samples, approve fitting, and ensure quality in final product.
• Maintain design files, swatches & documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong in Jacket design, outerwear construction & fabric knowledge.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
• Good sense of colors, fit, and trend forecasting.
• Strong coordination, detailing & time management.
