GOOD HAND is a Jaipur-based clothing label that specializes in creating contemporary apparel using traditional Indian handicrafts, particularly block-printing. By blending modern silhouettes with age-old techniques, the brand not only offers unique fashion pieces but also supports local artisans. This approach ensures year-round employment for the craftsmen, sustaining both the art of block-printing and their livelihoods. Our aim is to create versatile and affordable garments that provide both utility and comfort.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Planning and creating new designs following the concept guidelines for Range/season/collection.

·    Creating moodboards and color patterns required for conceptualization process.

·    Managing tech packs ensuring accuracy.

·    Maintain and update excel sheets for sampling, approvals and production.

·    Assist in organizing production related files & records while also supporting in fittings, sampling and approval processes.

REQUIREMENTS

·    Min 1yr of experience.

·    Should be well versed with pattern making, garment construction and technical sketches

·    Must be familiar with different textiles and embroideries

·    Proficient with design software( Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Excel and Google Sheets) .

·    Should be from Jaipur only as it is an office role.
