Role Description

Fashion Designer & Social Media Content Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Fashion Design

  : Create unique ethnic wear designs (sarees, lehengas, kurtis, accessories).

• Embroidery & Textile Patterns

  : Develop intricate embroidery and textile patterns reflecting the brand’s identity.

• Fitting & Tailoring

  : Ensure designs fit perfectly across a variety of body types.

• Social Media Content

  : Curate engaging posts, stories, and campaigns for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).

• Brand Storytelling

  : Write compelling captions and content to tell the story of each collection.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with design and production teams to bring concepts to life.

• Trend Monitoring

  : Stay updated with ethnic fashion trends and incorporate them into designs and social media strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Experience designing women’s ethnic wear.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery, textiles, and fabric types.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Experience managing social media accounts for fashion brands is a plus.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
