Job Title: Fashion Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing fashion collections that align with brand vision, market trends, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market needs
• Create original design concepts, sketches, and mood boards
• Develop seasonal collections from concept to final product
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for designs
• Prepare technical drawings and design specifications for production
• Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams
• Conduct fittings and make design adjustments as required
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
• Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor activity

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
• Strong sketching and illustration skills
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.)
• Good understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fit
• Strong creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and time-management skills

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in fashion design (experience level adjustable)
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply
