Fashion Designer and Studio Executive

As a member of the Designing & Studio Operations department reporting to the Operations Head, your role will involve coordinating with designers, tailors, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth studio operations. You will be responsible for managing studio inventory including fabrics, trims, and accessories, as well as tracking production timelines and sample deliveries. Additionally, you will schedule and manage client fittings and follow-ups, maintain records of orders, alterations, and deliveries, and ensure the overall organization of the studio. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with designers, tailors, clients, and vendors - Manage studio inventory (fabrics, trims, accessories) - Track production timelines and sample deliveries - Schedule and manage client fittings and follow-ups - Maintain records of orders, alterations, and deliveries - Ensure smooth studio operations and organization Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Fashion Management or related field - Prior experience in studio operations (preferred) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Basic knowledge of MS Excel - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment As part of the company's policies, please note the following details: - Timings: 11.00 am to 8.00 pm - No holidays on weekends (Friday to Sunday) - You can take a week off accordingly any day between Monday to Thursday - Dress code includes wearing a saree during working hours Please ensure that you are able to reliably commute to the work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, or are planning to relocate before starting work.
