Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Design Intern to join our growing team

In this full-time, paid, on-site role, you’ll work closely with the founder and be involved in every step of the creative process — from textile exploration and fashion design to sampling, styling, fittings, and final product development.

This is a 6-months internship with Peridot at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam District, with the potential for a full-time job offer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fashion design and concept development.
• Support textile exploration and surface design research.
• Participate in sample making, fittings, and production management.
• Collaborate on styling and photoshoot preparations.

• Qualifications
• Strong fashion design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics
• .Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop preferred)
• .Understanding of textile and surface design techniques
• .Prior internship or project experience in fashion is a plus
• .High attention to detail, creativity, and strong work ethic
• .Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Design or a related field
