Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Design Faculty at JD Institute of Fashion Technology in Siliguri. The Fashion Design Faculty will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in fashion design, developing lesson plans, and delivering lectures. The faculty member will also conduct practical workshops, evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and stay updated on industry trends to incorporate into the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, and Garment Construction
• Experience in Textile Knowledge and Fashion Illustration
• Ability to create Lesson Plans and deliver engaging lectures
• Skills in Mentorship and Student Performance Evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and stay updated on industry trends
• Master's degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage
