As we continue to expand our footprint, we’re looking for a visionary Fashion Designer – Creative Director to lead the creative soul of the brand and take us to the next level.Your Role:As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind Vestido Nation's design philosophy and creative output. You will lead a dynamic team of designers and creators, crafting original collections that resonate with modern Indian and global fashion sensibilities. From streetwear to statement pieces, you’ll shape every stitch, silhouette, and story that Vestido Nation tells.Key Responsibilities:Define the seasonal creative direction, theme, and design language for Vestido Nation collectionsLead end-to-end design development: mood boards, sketching, prototyping, fitting, and final productionOversee and mentor the design team to maintain consistent innovation and qualityInfuse collections with cultural storytelling, modern trends, and brand identityCollaborate with marketing, photography, and content teams on campaign shoots, lookbooks, and digital assetsSource sustainable and innovative fabrics aligned with our commitment to conscious fashionAnalyze global and local trends, fashion forecasts, and consumer behavior to anticipate future demandManage timelines, collection calendars, and ensure on-time delivery of design milestonesMaintain a strong focus on brand differentiation, ensuring Vestido Nation stands out in a crowded marketRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related fieldProven experience in leading creative teams and designing for youth or urban fashion segmentsStrong portfolio with modern, edgy, and culturally relevant collectionsExcellent understanding of Indian and international fashion trendsLeadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and challenge teamsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CLO 3D, or similar toolsPassion for storytelling through fashion and a deep respect for creative experimentationWhat We Offer:A key leadership role in a rising fashion label with big ambitionsCreative freedom to build and influence a bold, culture-forward brandAn energetic and inclusive team environmentOpportunities to grow as a fashion leader in India’s evolving fashion sceneReady to design the future of fashion with Vestido Nation?Send your CV + Portfolio + Design Statement
