It is essential to adhere to brand and store guidelines while leveraging your operational experience in tasks such as receiving stock, inventory management, and cash handling. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a deep understanding of retail operations and merchandising. You should be capable of overseeing various aspects from stock delivery to the final sale of products. Demonstrating instances of Customer Delight and establishing strong one-to-one relationships will be advantageous. The job requires flexibility in shift timings, including rotations between 10 AM - 7 PM, 1 PM - 10 PM, and 9 AM - 6 PM, with one weekday off. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package of up to Rs. 52,000 per month along with incentives. The work location is in Hyderabad, and the job type is full-time.
