Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner when they visit the store.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories that suit their style, body type, and preferences.
• Provide personalized styling recommendations, keeping up with the latest fashion trends and customer needs.
• Ensure attractive and organized product displays, mannequins, and overall store appearance to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions using POS systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, product assortment, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive customer service.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
