Role Overview As a Fashion Consultant at Alekhyas Bridal, you will be the heart of a bride’s dress journey. You’ll guide brides in finding the perfect gown that reflects their personal style, assist with fittings and alterations, and ensure every bride enjoys a memorable, personalized experience. Key Responsibilities Understand each bride’s unique preferences, style, and wedding theme to recommend suitable gowns. Assist brides during trial sessions and provide expert styling advice. Manage gown fittings and coordinate with the alterations team for perfect customizations. Support sales by maintaining product knowledge and offering an exceptional customer experience. Handle daily store operations including appointment scheduling and inventory upkeep. Build strong client relationships and ensure follow-ups post-trial or post-sale. Maintain a warm, professional, and welcoming environment at all times. Requirements Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in retail, bridal, or luxury fashion is an advantage. Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and fit. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client satisfaction. Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours when needed.
