Fashion Advisor Intern

As a Fashion Advisor Intern at Rent An Attire, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion styling, retail operations, and customer engagement. You will be part of India's leading sustainable fashion brand, assisting customers with styling advice and outfit selection, supporting in trials, fittings, and alterations, managing bookings, returns, and exchanges, contributing to visual merchandising and store presentation, upselling accessories to complete customer looks, learning about the fashion rental process and sustainability model, and working with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with styling advice and outfit selection. - Support in trials, fittings, and alterations. - Manage bookings, returns, and exchanges using our system. - Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation. - Upsell accessories to complete customer looks. - Learn the fashion rental process & sustainability model. - Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Required: - Fashion enthusiasts with a flair for styling and people interaction. - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Organized, energetic, and eager to learn. - Open to working on weekends, festive, and peak wedding seasons. - No prior experience required - just passion and commitment.
