What You’ll Do – Your Daily Harvest:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to farm workersEnsure all crops, plants, and animals are healthy and well-cared forTake charge of harvesting and pricing products for saleUnderstand demand and help sell farm produce at fair pricesSuggest new ideas – from growing techniques to smart sales strategiesMaintain farm tools, schedules, and overall farm vibe

What We’re Looking For:
Someone with a background in agriculture – either studies or workLeadership and people-handling skillsWilling to get your hands dirty (literally!)Must have a two-wheeler and a valid licenseA heart full of passion for farming and a head full of fresh ideas
