Farm Supervisor

Location: Rajas Agri Farm, Alaganeri, Vadakkankulam, Tirunelveli Dist-627116

Job Summary

The Farm Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring that all agricultural processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role includes supervising farm workers, maintaining equipment, monitoring crop health, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. The Farm Supervisor will report directly to the Business Manager and Chairman and work to ensure the farm runs smoothly in accordance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full charge of overall farm operations.
• Manage crops, irrigation, and labour workforce.
• Supervision and Management of Farm Workers
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance
• Budget and Resource Management
• Maintain accurate records and provide daily/weekly reports.
• Lead initiatives to develop and sustain a model farm.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Diploma in Agriculture or Horticulture (Male Only Preferred)
• Experience:1-5years
• Knowledge of: Agricultural techniques, farm equipment, pest and disease control, and crop management.
