Farm Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dairy Goat Farm:

- Manage a dairy goat farm with 10 milking goats and their kids, and one breeding buck.

- Ensure timely feed, healthcare, and proper data display.

- Produce and sell 10 liters of goat milk daily to Caprico Foods business units at Rs 50 per liter.

- Manage operational expenses through milk sales income.

2. Poultry Farm:

- Manage a 300 adult hen layer farm to produce 200 eggs per day.

- Manage 2 hatcheries at the center, brooding, and supply of chicks.

- Manage sales and supply of 1000 chicks to clients and customers at Rs 100 per 30-day-old chick.

3. Staff Management:

- Manage 2 part-time staff, one for dairy goat farm and another for poultry farm operations.

- Develop work schedules and supervise performance.

4. Business Data Analytics:

- Prepare business data analytics for the management team.

- Enhance productivity and profits through data-driven decision-making.

5. Training and Practical Management:

- Manage practical training for trainees at the center.

- Generate timely bills for farm practical charges.

- Arrange all materials required for practical training sessions.

6. Reporting:

- Report to the Program Director, Center for Livestock Technology Research (CLTR), The Goat Trust.

Job Types: फ़ुल-टाइम, स्थायी

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
