FAME Executive on 1 year contract @ Gurgaon location 42 Sector

WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR MNC CLIENT COMPANY FOR THE ROLE OF "FAME EXECUTIVE" WHICH WILL BE ON 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL ON GURGAON LOCATION.

ONLY INTERESTED CANDIDATES HAVING RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY AND SHOULD BE WILLING O WORK ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL.

The FAME Executive will be responsible for Managing Govt. subsidy program, Daily claim checking, reports management This role requires a strong understanding of Govt. EV subsidy schemes like FAME, EMPS & PM E-drive and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• [Subsidy claim checking]:

• Daily claim checking for OEM and maintain daily efficiency.
• Must be aware about the regulations and compliance of the subsidy schemes.

• [Reports and stakeholder management]

• Coordinate with sales stakeholder and resolve field team issues related to subsidy scheme.
• Maintain daily reporting for the checked claims and update the stakeholder.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Sound knowledge of Government subsidy schemes.
• Adequately high claim checking rate along with high quality checking response.
• Manage reports effectively.
• Cross functional co-ordination

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in or a related discipline.

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in Subsidy related programs for automobile.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of the subsidy schemes, Govt. regulations and
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
