Position: Faculty / Trainer (Full-time / Part-time / Visiting)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions as per curriculum.

Develop course materials, lesson plans, and evaluation methods.

Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and counselling to students.

Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and industry practices in the subject area.

Organize seminars, guest lectures, and interactive learning activities.

Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Support institutional activities including research, publications, and events.

Collaborate with colleagues for cross-functional training modules.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Professional certifications where applicable (e.g., IT, Accounting, Counselling, Languages).

Experience:

Minimum 0-5 years teaching / training / industry experience (freshers with strong subject expertise can also apply).

For Motivational Speakers & Counsellors – proven track record in public speaking / student counselling.

For Disaster Management – prior training/field experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong subject knowledge and practical exposure.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to motivate and mentor students.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in online teaching platforms.

Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Employment Type:
