Job Title: Hospitality Management Faculty / Training & Placement Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced candidate with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have in-depth knowledge of core hospitality operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage Service departments. Key Responsibilities: Teach both theoretical and practical concepts related to hospitality management. Deliver engaging and up-to-date course content across multiple disciplines such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B Service. Organize and conduct practical training sessions, simulations, and industry-focused workshops. Maintain strong industry connections to facilitate student internships and final placements. Coordinate and manage internship/placement programs, ensuring meaningful and relevant industry exposure for students. Plan and execute industrial visits, seminars, guest lectures, and student-driven events. Provide mentorship and career guidance to students pursuing careers in hospitality. Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic offerings. Candidate Profile: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command over core hospitality departments and operations. Prior teaching/training experience preferred but not mandatory. Well-connected within the hotel and hospitality industry. Passionate about student development and industry collaboration. Salary: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
