Faculty Required for an Educational Institute

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and tutorials as per the syllabus.
• Design and update lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
• Conduct classroom discussions, practical sessions, and workshops.
• Guide and mentor students on academic as well as career-related matters.
• Prepare and evaluate question papers, assignments, and project work.
• Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.
• Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and academic events.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the subject area.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s Degree / PhD in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
• Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred (freshers with exceptional academic records may also apply).
• Skills Required:
• Strong subject knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools (Smart Boards, PPT, online platforms).
• Commitment to student learning and academic excellence.
