Key Responsibilities

high-quality instruction at undergraduate and postgraduate levels using global best practices and innovative teaching methods.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Design,
update, and enhance curricula to align with international academic standards and emerging trends in management education.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Conduct
original, impactful research and publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Mentor
and guide students, including supervision of PhD candidates, supporting their academic, research, and career development.

in departmental planning, accreditation, and quality assurance activities to contribute to academic leadership and institution-building.

collaborations with industry partners and global academic institutions to advance research, teaching, and student placement outcomes.

across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary teaching and research initiatives.

in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in management education and global business practices.

Qualifications and Experience

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Ph.D.
in any field of Management or a closely related discipline from a recognized and reputable institution or currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program nearing completion (for entry-level positions).
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Strong
record of scholarly research with publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Proven
teaching experience at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, preferably at globally ranked or reputed institutions.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Experience
mentoring PhD students and involvement in curriculum development and academic leadership is highly desirable.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">Exposure
to international education systems and cross-cultural academic environments is an advantage.
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops:list 36.0pt">For
Visiting/Adjunct Faculty positions, significant industry experience combined with strong academic credentials may be considered.
