Faculty (Physiotherapy)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapy Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, clinical expertise, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Instruction: Deliver lectures, conduct practical sessions, and facilitate discussions in subjects related to Physiotherapy and allied sciences.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating the course curriculum in line with the UGC and regulatory standards.
• Student Mentorship: Guide and mentor students, fostering their academic growth and professional development in the field of Physiotherapy.
• Research & Development: Encourage and assist students in research projects, and contribute to academic research within the Physiotherapy discipline.
• Clinical Exposure: Provide hands-on clinical training, ensuring students gain practical, real-world experience.

Examination & Assessment:

• Participate in the preparation of examinations, grading, and evaluation of student performance.

Administrative Duties:

• Assist in administrative responsibilities, departmental meetings, and other academic-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
• At least 3-5 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current trends, methodologies, and teaching techniques in Physiotherapy.
• Commitment to student success and holistic development.

Preferred:

• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) preferred.
• Additional certifications or qualifications related to specific physiotherapy specializations (e.g., Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy, etc.) will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
