Your role will involve teaching BBA 1st Year students and shaping young business minds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Teach Organizational Behaviour and Principles of Management to BBA students. - Explain core topics such as personality, motivation, leadership, team dynamics, organizational culture, communication, and managerial functions. - Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments. - Conduct interactive sessions, case studies, role plays, and group activities. - Guide students in developing soft skills, leadership qualities, and managerial thinking. - Maintain academic records and evaluate student progress. - Participate in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and academic events. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA (HR / OB preferred) or MBA General Management **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong knowledge of HRM, OB concepts, and management principles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. - Ability to engage students through practical examples and real-life business cases. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills. - Interest in student development and academic innovation.
