-Minimum 5 Scopus-indexed publications/year over the last two years (with 3 as First/Corresponding Author in Q1 journals)/ One Technology Transfer in the last 2 years/ Two Granted Patents and 3 Scopus publications/year (with 2 as First/Corresponding Author) over the last three years.

-Recognized among Top 2% Scientists as listed by Stanford University (with a minimum 2-year record).
