Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty Member, located in New Delhi. The Faculty Member will be responsible for delivering lectures, creating course materials, and assessing student performance. Additional duties will include mentoring students, conducting research, and staying updated with the latest developments in the field of civil services examination. The Faculty Member will also contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with other faculty members to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in delivering lectures and creating engaging course materials
• Experience in mentoring students and conducting academic research
• Strong knowledge of UPSC exam patterns and current affairs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience in the education sector, especially in IAS coaching, is a plus
