Position Overview

The role involves designing and delivering engaging online lectures, facilitating learner interaction, and contributing to the academic development of KRMU Online programs.

Shortlisted candidates will first be evaluated through a 15-minute recorded teaching demonstration to assess subject command, digital delivery skills, and online engagement ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive online sessions using modern teaching tools (e.g., PowerPoint, whiteboard, screen sharing).
• Create high-quality digital learning content, including slides, case studies, assessments, and assignments.
• Integrate real-world examples, case studies, and problem-solving approaches into teaching.
• Foster student engagement through reflective questions, quick activities, and live participation.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through quizzes, discussions, and projects.
• Collaborate with the academic and instructional design team to enhance course structure and learner outcomes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and pedagogical innovations in online education.

Eligibility Criteria

For MBA/BBA Faculty:

• Master’s degree in Management / Business Administration or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
• Specialization in areas like Marketing, Finance, HR, Analytics, or Operations.
• 2+ years of teaching or industry experience preferred.

For BCA/MCA Faculty:

• Master’s degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science / Information Technology (Ph.D. preferred).
• Expertise in Programming, Database Management, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
• Prior teaching or e-learning experience desirable.

Digital Teaching Assessment – Task for Applicants

Objective: Demonstrate your ability to teach effectively in an online environment.

Instructions:

• Prepare and record a 15-minute teaching video on any one core topic relevant to your discipline:

Structure

Introduction (2–3 mins)

• Introduce yourself, the topic, and explain its relevance for students.

Concept Explanation (8–10 mins)

• Deliver content clearly with examples, case studies, or problem-solving.

Engagement & Conclusion (2–3 mins)

• Include an interactive activity (question, problem, reflection) and summarize key takeaways.

Digital Tools (Mandatory)

• Use any of the following:
• PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Online Whiteboard / Annotation Tools
• Screen Sharing for Demonstration
• Video Recording or Presentation Software

Submission Requirements

• Upload the recording in MP4 format or as a YouTube/Google Drive link.
• Attach supporting teaching materials (slides, notes, or references).
