Faculty Fashion Design

As a Fashion Design Faculty member at Ruzivo School, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of fashion by imparting your passion and experience to the next generation of talented fashion designers. Your role will involve developing and delivering engaging courses that cover various aspects of the fashion design curriculum, such as design sketching, draping, garment construction, textile selection, trend forecasting, and more. Your responsibilities will include providing constructive feedback to students, mentoring them in their academic and professional growth, staying updated on industry trends, contributing to the department's academic mission, attending meetings, and supervising student interns or assistants as needed. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, along with a successful track record, is required. Strong teaching and mentoring skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to excellence in education are essential. This position offers flexibility in terms of job types (Full-time, Part-time, Permanent) and benefits include cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person, and the schedule may include day and morning shifts.
